As a celebration, and very likely promotion for Red Alert 3, there will be a free download of the original game starting Sunday 12:00 AM pacific time.

I went on to Red Alerts homepage but could not find anything about this promotion. I hope it’s true though. Will bring alot of memories back and it sure is easier than trying to find the old discs that are stashed away someplace.

Red Alert was probably one of the first games I played on a network, togheter with Doom of course.
