But, when I think of a useful CRM, I think of using the contact data in future marketing, such as email or mailing.  Can you export contacts to a CSV in any way using this work-around?</description>

		<description>I use a ticket system for that kind of stuff, especially tracking of activities... you know show list of open tasks or search in old tasks. I can recommend http://trac.edgewall.org - it&#039;s free and open source.
